Lay Your Arms Down (Now the War is Over) has now been released.

Written in 2006 and performed live a lot during those years, there's been a couple of past attempts to record the song but wasn't until 2021 that it started to come together. 

We took a long time to record the song, only recording a few hours every few months as I've been in no real rush to put anything out and have no labels or fans pressuring me for releases. In fact I don't even expect many people will hear it for a while, but I do hope that over time it may grow into its success.

My aim was only to record something I was happy with no matter how long it took, and I feel I achieved my goal.

Thanks to anyone that's ever heard/played this song with me before, you would all have contributed to its evolution.
